Returns & Exchanges

If your new gear isn't the perfect fit for your workflow, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and shutter counts under 100.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and caps are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the shipping carton, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
